The
home features window walls that open to unobstructed
ocean views. Main house has inverted house plan, with
living room, kitchen, (indoor and outdoor) dining, and furnished porch
on top floor so as to enjoy the unbelievable views. Bedroom floor has
a twin room and bathroom, queen room has four poster bed and bathroom,
king room master suite also has four poster bed and bathroom. All bathrooms
on property are travertine tile. No prefab deals. No condo package furniture.
The
main house features a downstairs apartment with a twin bedroom, living
room/media/game room, sleeper sofa, bathroom and laundry. Perfect teen
hideaway with polynesian flair. All furnishings in both houses are very
upscale including designer furniture, 400 to 1,000 thread
count linens, imported mahogany doors and woodwork, travertine tile
floors and many custom made items.
